Our jewellery is handmade and individually produced, so not all of them are always in stock. If the piece of jewellery ordered is in stock, or just needs finishing, we try to send it out in less than a week after payment. As the shipping is from Corfu Island, it may take longer in rare cases.

Any customer who is a consumer is entitled to revoke the offer and return the goods in accordance with the special revocation and return instructions provided to him/her on our website as part of the order. We ask for notification by mail.

Return instructions

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. From this point on, the return is no longer possible. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party commissioned by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods or, in the case of several partial consignments or pieces, the last partial consignment or the last piece.

Consequences of cancellation

By cancelling this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment that you used in the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. We will not charge any fees for your repayment. Until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods to us, whichever is the earlier, we may refuse to refund you. You must return the goods to us immediately within fourteen days of the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You are responsible for the direct costs of the return shipment.

For any loss in value of the goods if the goods you are returning are damaged, you have to pay. We will check the condition, properties and functionality of your return.

Note on the return of goods

For resale, the goods must be returned with the original undamaged carton / shipping bag. If this is not applicable, we must deduct compensation amounting to 15 percent of the net sales price from the refund for the resulting reduced resale value. When returning the goods, we would like to point out that the sender’s telephone number +306970414287 must be clearly visible on the return shipping.
